I want a Nabaztag. A what? You might ask. A Nabaztag, the worlds only wi-fi enabled smart bunny. Check it out at: http://www.nabaztag.com/en/index.html . I think I will wait though until they come out with gen 2 and add several cool features (like unlimited audio playback so it can automatically stream podcasts). Anyway, that is my latest want for the day. I’ll admit it, I’m an avid gadget-o-phile.

Lets see, what else happened today. . . I found out the Mariners have hired a new play by play announcer. If he has two lips and speaks English he should be better than the rest of the buffoons that work their right now, and I’m not sure about the English bit being a necessary requirement. I just never thought Rick Rizz and Dave Nehaus are all that good. Vin Scully, now that guy can talk!

Apple, like I though, has shown their disregard for Cisco’s copyright of the iPhone moniker prove they are actually that arrogant. I found a great blog post at 10 Zen Monkeys that basically makes fun of Apple for being all hype as a company and saying their fans are crazy (ie psycho). Apple does one technical (maybe two) thing very well, design (and maybe usability). They make very attractive and sleek products, but really, are they that much better than anything else out there on the market? Most of the things people are bashing the Zune for are either simple software/firmware updates or things that just don’t matter (like it not having very good FM radio reception?!). Come on people, either share the koolaid or stop drinking it!

I have a heart for the city, for the church (in whatever form it takes) & for artists.

Though inspired & influenced by many different people and experiences my words here are my own & do not represent the views of any organization I might be involved in.
